Welcome! My name is Jonathan and my mission is to help people increase strength and muscle, increase vitality and energy and sculpt the body of their dreams. As your Exercise Coach I will help, guide, coach and support you through exercise, proper programming, diet, sleep, stress  management and nutrition.

 

I actually care about your body, how it moves, its limitations and what exercises are right for your body type. What sets me apart is my attention to detail on form and technique, my holistic approach and my knowledge, education and commitment to providing you with proper, sustainable and effective results.

There are no 30-day transformations, quick-fix diets and smash-and-go training styles that you find in typical big box gym settings. I see the body as an ever changing organism that is directly effected by stress, sleep and diet. The body can literally change day-to-day and week-to-week and therefore programming should reflect all these considerations.
