Muscle Systems is the cutting edge method of identifying the root cause of your pain, discomfort or sensations you are feeling. By using a unique method of exercise we are able to identify areas of low quality muscular control in your body that may be contributing to the pain or sensation you have been dealing with your whole life.

CONSULTATION
The consultation is 60 minutes and comprises of a sit down between coach and customer. The goal of the consultation is to determine your fundamental objective, goals, values and the nature of the problem(s) you are having. We will find out more about each other and answer any questions you have, and at the end of the consultation determine if this is the right process for you. If you choose to go through with the assessment then we will give you a Health History Appraisal form and bring it back with you at the assessment.

ASSESSMENT
After the consultation if you choose to move forward, then we start with a full body assessment that looks at posture, alignment, range of motion, qualitative motor control response and specific screens. After the 90 minute assessment we will then schedule a Report of Findings to go over your mobility profile and health history appraisal form.

REPORT OF FINDINGS
The Report of Findings is a 75 minute process in which we both sit down and we present to you what we do, what are process is and how we view pain and the human body. We go over your mobility profile from the assessment and go over a plan, strategy and program that focuses on your fundamental objective(s) and goals.

Muscle Systems Session
We seek to solve your issues through a series of motor control configurations in which we are looking for possible weak low quality muscular responses that may be contributing to your current pain state. These highly individualized sessions are aimed to stabilize areas in your musculature that have low quality motor control responses. As we work through these problem areas we eventually move onto more dynamic endurance based exercises to make sure your system can handle the environment you are in and what activities you like to do.
